House Rules And Regulations:

Maximum 4 adults per bungalow.

Satellite TV available at extra charge.

Electricity extra, each unit is metered by local electricity company.

Pets and Animals:

Pets have to be approved by management and kept under strict control at all times

Rental Period:

1. Rental Period: Rental is one month in advance plus one month security deposit which will be refunded at the end of rental subject to no damage or losses.

Building Work:

Building work is ongoing Monday-Saturday but is far enough away from rental properties to cause little disturbance.

Our Services:

Laundry service available. Gardener. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Very quiet area, only 5 minutes from Alona beach. Garage. Additional guest parking area.
